Paul Bocuse, the most celebrated French chef of the postwar era and a leading figure in the pathbreaking culinary movement known as nouvelle cuisine, died on Saturday. He was 91.
Mr. Bocuse emerged as the first among a brilliant band of chefs who developed a modernized version of classic French cooking in the late 1960s and early ’70s, cheered on by Henri Gault and Christian Millau, the publishers of the influential Gault-Millau Guide.
French news organizations said he died in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or, his birthplace, near Lyon, home of the renowned L’Auberge du Pont de Collonges, his three-star restaurant.
From the date of Chef Bocuse's birthday (2/11/17) to the date of his death (1/20/18) is a span of 343 days.
7x7x7 = 343, Order out of Chaos
It is also 11 months and 9 days, much like 119.
Chef Bocuse's restaurant was the L’Auberge du Pont de Collonges, a three-star restaurant.
Master plan = 119. All seeing eye = 119. Star of David = 119
If you look at the bottom right hand corner, you will spot a 49 weeks.

From the date of Chef Bocuse's death (1/20/18) to the date of what would have been his 92nd birthday (2/11/18) is a span of 22 days.
On a slightly unrelated note, when I think of French cuisine, for some reason, the movie Ratatouille comes to mind.
Not that I'm a big Disney fan.. just sometimes, girls can make you think/do some of the darnest things.
