I've always thought the scenario of legitimately getting robbed, burglarized, mugged, assaulted was more probable at these sort of events given the days getting closer to seemingly everybody's favorite Holiday. Fright fests and theme parks, "elaborate" mazes to mouse your way through, to alcohol / drug laced binge enviorments to the overall theme of celebrating and embracing Death in general are only the numerous avenues that can / may lead to unfortunate events. People may think, oh it's a trick or treator, someone simply dressed in a costume / outfit but through the element of surprise, vulnerability, deceitful motives among others, are opportunities for those who do not hold others with the best in mind. Alcoholic beverages along with drugs can / may lead to exactly that, Death.
