823 is the 143rd prime number

Today is the perfect day for the unveiling of the decision by the police Commission regarding the use of the controversial drones in Los Angeles, California.

Under the first image in the L.A. Times article, the subtitle reads:

Protesters leave a Police Commission meeting in August after voicing their opposition to a proposal by the LAPD to test drones.

Melanie Ochoa, a staff attorney at the ACLU, said concern over “mission creep” — the idea that police will steadily, quietly expand use of the devices — is one of the most significant concerns

 two hundred twenty two = 90. ninety = 33

92 the reflection of 29

Drones equals 30 in plural form.

Date numerology: 10/17/2017 = 10+17+(2+0+1+7) = 37

In the Major League Baseball (MLB), the Los Angeles Dodgers are facing off against the Chicago Cubs.
Two teams whose both cities numbers sum to 37.

Game replay at 00:37 mark shows at the top of the fifth inning with the score being 2 to 1.

The final score of the game was 6 to 1 Dodgers leading to a game series of L.A. up by 3 to 0 between the Chicago Cubs.

(41 is the 13th prime number)

L.A. = 12 + 1 = 13

Wrigley Field, the Chicago Cubs home stadium, has coordinates of 41:        41.948°N 87.656°W

Sacrifice = 46

41 equals 46, the same number that was the result in Game 4 in the ALCS between the Houston Astros and the New York Yankees.

Houston = 41. Yankees = 109. Los Angeles = 109

"Power creep": the slow rising of power utilized  / exerted starting at a selected point with minimal gradual increase.

How much longer until drone usage becomes mainstream use in the major metropolitan cities and elsewhere? How long until this use becomes a standard practice? How much longer until the public becomes desensitized to this sort of overbearing, over watch treatment?  How much longer until more technology is equipped onto the unmanned aerial units? How long until the unmanned drones become weaponized for "self-defense"?

I can see a standard agenda set as regular use designated by the authority figures, therefore setting a precedent that will open the door to many more potential possibilities as seen fit by those who police the public.

We already have corrupt government officials that, under the guise of safety of the public, national security etc., staging events to meet their naratives, whether by falsifying fraudulent evidence, to frame the innocent with false claim, incriminating those who fit a narrative, the spying of those who are of no legitimate threat, among so many other potential possibilities.

Of course drone use grants the user many convenient, new opportunities of venture along with everythingelse beneficial that comes from controlling an unmanned drone. I question those that have them in their possession, for their use considering their motive may concern other agendas unrelated to the benefit of the public.

Time will tell. It is a slow kill. Frog in a pot.
