69 110 156 256 | China will scrap limit on presidential terms, meaning Xi Jinping can stay on, February 25, 2018

China will remove the constitutional restriction on the maximum number of terms the president and vice-president can serve, Xinhua reported on Sunday, paving the way for President Xi Jinping to stay on beyond 2023.

The removal of the line "“shall serve no more than two consecutive terms” from the constitution" was later followed by the full 4,480-word proposal in Chinese.

Xi Jinping, 64, was re-elected as general secretary of the party in October and is expected to be handed a second term as president by the legislature during its annual full session starting on March 5. The party has in recent decades largely observed an unwritten retirement age of 68 for its top leaders but its charter does not have any limits on terms, meaning that there are no restrictions on the general secretary position. The Chinese constitution does limit presidents to a maximum of two five-year terms.

373 is the 74th prime number

The author in this article mentions that the removal of presidential term limits opens Xi Jinping to stay on beyond 2023.

Xi Jinping is serving as General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, Chairman of the Central Military Commission and President of the People's Republic of China.

From the President of China, Xi Jinping,'s birthday (6/15/17) to the day that China decided to remove the constitutional restriction on the maximum number of terms the president and vice-president can serve (2/25/18) is exactly 256 days.

If you look at the bottom right hand corner, you will see that it is also exactly 36 weeks and 4 days, like 364.

From the date that China removed term limits on both the president position and vice-president position (2/25/18) to the date of Xi Jinping's birthday (6/15/18) is a span of 110 days.

Right below, it is also a span of 3 months and 21 days, like 321.

If you count the end date, it is 3 months and 22 days, like 322.
322 is the reflection of 223.

On the bottom right hand corner, it is exactly 15 weeks and 6 days, like 156 if you put them together.
 thirty three = 156. Masonry = 33. Mafia = 33

The document, which will be considered by the legislature next month, was dated January 26 – a week after the party’s 200-strong Central Committee met to discuss revisions to the constitution. Xinhua did not say why it took a month to release the document to the public.

Towards the end of the article, the author casually mentions that a clause could also be added on China “working to build a community with a shared future for humanity”, as well as saying it will “adhere to a peaceful development path and a mutually beneficial and open strategy”.

'“No organisation or individual has the power to overstep the constitution or the law,” Xinhua quoted Xi as saying.'

And yet, the term limits are now scrapped in the People's Republic of China, rewording the constitution. Irony.

Big change incrementally taking place in China.
