Two New York detectives stopped an 18-year-old Brooklyn woman last month for having marijuana in her car. (How they supposedly managed to perform an emergency stop is a wonder as that detail is conveniently left out). The N.Y. detectives then placed her into handcuffs and put her into their police van driving off ending up in Bay Ridge, at least four miles from where the antidrug team had been working.

It was reportedly a Brooklyn woman who fell victim to these two New York City police detectives.
This case all supposedly stemmed from having marijuana in woman's car, hence resulting in the attack.
After beginning a supposed search, illegal, there was some marijuana and a few pills of Klonopin, an anti-anxiety drug in the woman's handbag.
Richard Hall is supposedly 33 years old. Edward Martins is supposedly 37 years old.
Freemasonry = 58 / 59
Masonry = 33
Mafia = 33
thirty seven = 57 / 165
Scottish Rite = 57 / 165
the Catholic Church = 165
Detective Hall = 126
Brooklyn South Narcotics = 126
After all that, the story is conveniently wrapped up tying any loose ends by mentioning that Detective Martins’s lawyer Mark A. Bederow, had "substantial information" that would undermine the victim's story, suggesting that she had a “financial” motive to lie about the attack. What a complete mockery.
