139 242 | World Cup Fans Allowed to Bring Medical Marijuana to Russia, February 28, 2018

Football fans will reportedly be allowed to bring cocaine and marijuana to the 2018 FIFA World Cup as long as they go through the bureaucratic hoops necessary to secure papers.

The Russia-led Eurasian Economic Union grants travelers the right to bring banned substances into the country with supporting medical documents written in the Russian language. According to the regulations, the list of drugs allowed into the Russian-led bloc includes cocaine, cannabis and heroin.

Freemasonry = 139
139 is the 34th prime number

 “Security officers will monitor the enforcement of rules for carrying prescription drugs to stadium grounds at checkpoints,” as stated by Russia’s 2018 World Cup Organizing Committee.

Izvestia cites Russia’s Federal Customs Service as saying that football fans carrying the drugs will have to fill out a customs declaration.

Russia is set to host the World Cup in 2018 from June 14 to July 15 in 11 cities, including Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi.

Marijuana, I understand, but cocaine and heroine? Really? Bringing back the 80s are we?
I know that Cocaine produces a topical like anesthesia that can be used for surgical procedures, helps with wound healing and even with weight loss.. but even so... the high that a person comes down from after use can be intense, almost leading to depression, making it one of the most addictive substances out there.
Go ahead, type into the search engine 'medical benefits of cocaine.' (Not that I condone the use of illicit substances per say..)
I can already hear in my head, someone yelling, "best decade ever!"
