Russian President Vladimir Putin gave his annual address to the Federal Assembly, which was widely expected to be a campaign speech, rather than the traditional roadmap for the year ahead as the presidential elections are just weeks away.
211 is the 47th prime number
Agent = 47. Government = 47. President = 47. Time = 47
Did you catch the 109 in the article?
"Over the next six years, we will allocate at least 59.9 million dollars for demographic development.”
599 is the 109th prime number
Interesting bit at the end where it mentions Russia's role in the Arctic.
Some may not give this statement a second thought and think, oh a geographical location, not much over there, not much known..
There is a reason why there was initially an urgency to have the major nations (at the time, and even more now today) sign a pact regarding the Antarctic.
The main treaty was opened for signature on December 1, 1959 and officially entered into force on June 23, 1961. The original signatories were the 12 countries were Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Chile, France, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. As of 2015, there are 53 states party to the treaty.
The Antarctic Treaty and related agreements, collectively known as the Antarctic Treaty System (ATS), regulate international relations with respect to Antarctica, Earth's only continent without a native human population. For the purposes of the treaty system, Antarctica is defined as all of the land and ice shelves south of 60°S latitude. The treaty entered into force in 1961 and currently has 53 parties. The treaty sets aside Antarctica as a scientific preserve, establishes freedom of scientific investigation and bans military activity on the continent. The treaty was the first arms control agreement established during the Cold War.
I have my own reservations about the Arctic, let alone this world we live in, but some people simply can't handle the truth. I won't discuss that here but this mentioning of the Artic definitely caught my attention, (had a good chuckle at it as well, due to reaffirming my.. for the lack of a better word... "beliefs"). You don't have to agree with me. However, there is a reason why the powers that should not be operate the way that they do, just as there is a reason why the article mentions what it mentions.
We are not alone here on this world. There is a reason why the classrooms of this world have one set of standards while the United Nations symbol logo is of an "image" of the world from the top down. From at a young age, 95% of the world populace are indoctrinated into certain standards and mindsets. I've always pondered why things were the way they are, let alone being presented in their fashion. Unfortunately, the lies are heavy and stacked upon layers upon layers. Playing a major part in it as well, that is the evil piece of s***, Freemasonic, Jesuit scumbag of a so called human, Constantine.
